If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your EliteTent purchase, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue. Within a span of thirty (15) days from your purchase, you can return your product for either a replacement or a refund. However, please note that our guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage arising from misuse or naturally occurring incidents. Additionally, our return and refund policy does not apply to customised products, including but not limited to personalised roofs and walls. If your EliteTent product arrives with a manufacturing flaw in the materials or workmanship, please consult our warranty page

You can return your EliteTent purchase by mail, irrespective of whether you made your purchase on elite-tent.com or via phone. A proof of purchase is necessary. We urge you to retain all product packaging until you're fully satisfied with your purchase's condition and performance. Please ensure to return the product and its packaging collectively.

Please include your name, email address, and proof of purchase with your return. The proof of purchase can be a receipt, packing slip, order confirmation, etc. If you lack proof of purchase, don't worry; we're here to help. Please get in touch by e-mail at sales@elite-tents.com.

As a "consumer," you are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. Post-cancellation, you have another 7 days to send back your product to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will provide a full refund. However, you would be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Elite-Tent. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all provided accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
